 Varadero Cuba was started as an exclusive vacation resort in the late 1930's & 1940s. However Varadero did not realy begome a world class network of beachfront hotels and attractions untill the last 15 years when the Cuban ministry of tourism began to invest and promote Varadero as one of the most beautiful resort destinations on earth.

Varadero's best attractions have always been its magnificient beaches, yet you can explore its caves, its virgin cays and its preserved natural landscape at the tip of its peninsula.
Also Cárdenas and the city of Matanzas, the Zapata Peninsula and the San Miguel de los Baños Spa offer many eco freindly  attractions combined with cultural, historic attractions.
